ClinicianCore SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions 

This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the SMS/text messaging services provided by ClinicianCore, a platform owned and operated by Healthcare Provider Network, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms carefully.

1. Opt-In and Express Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to ClinicianCore during account registration or within your user profile settings, you are providing your express written consent to receive informational, non-promotional SMS/text messages from us at the number you provide. 

Your agreement to these terms is not a condition of any purchase or service. You acknowledge that you are the subscriber of the provided mobile number or are otherwise authorized to enroll the number in this service.

2. Program Description and Purpose of Messages

The ClinicianCore SMS service is designed to provide you with timely and essential notifications related to your account and platform activity. The messages are strictly informational and integral to the security and functionality of the platform. You can expect to receive messages for the following purposes: 

  • Account Security: One-time passcodes (OTP) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes for secure login. 
  • User Verification: Account activation and verification links or codes. 
  • Critical Alerts: Notifications of new secure messages or communications within the ClinicianCore platform. 
  • Platform Announcements: Important service-related updates, such as planned maintenance or changes to our terms of service. 
  • Password Management: Password reset links and confirmation notifications. 
  • Collaboration Alerts: Notifications related to group activities or direct requests from other users within your healthcare organization. 

Important: We will not use this service to send you any marketing or promotional materials. Such communications, if any, would require a separate and explicit opt-in.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your account activity and the notification preferences you have configured within the ClinicianCore application. For example, you will only receive a login code when you attempt to log in.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Healthcare Provider Network, Inc. is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Please contact your mobile service provider for details on your specific plan.

5. How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, text the word STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. 

After you send the STOP message, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that your request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. If you wish to re-enroll, you may do so by updating the settings within your ClinicianCore user profile.

6. How to Get Help

For assistance with the SMS messaging service at any time, text the word HELP to the number from which you are receiving messages. Upon receiving your request, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount to us. We will handle all personal information provided in connection with the SMS messaging service in accordance with our platform’s Privacy Policy. You can view our Privacy Policy at: https://cliniciancore.com/privacy-policy/

9. Changes to Terms

Healthcare Provider Network, Inc. reserves the right to modify these SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes, and your continued use of the SMS service following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
